We understand that people with disabilities wish to contribute to
society in a meaningful and productive way while managing their
physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
We also understand that businesses need access to a skilled flexible
workforce on a short- or long-term
contract basis. So we developed a strategy to partner these two
groups for their mutual benefit.
Abilities Plus Business Outsourcing represents the skills of people
with disabilities to the business community by helping them
establish themselves as self-employed contractors. We then match and
place the appropriate contractors to companies that require their
services.
